A tasty line up of new exhibitors

Here is just a sprinkling of some of the new exhibitors that will be at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2015.

Maynard's Farm - stand V115

An award winning artisan smoker and curer based in Shropshire, who specialises in only producing specialist pork products. Their range includes traditional cured bacon and pork sausages, and bespoke recipes including treacle-smoked bacon.


Soulful Food - stand 3614

The creators of Soulful Onepots - made using super fresh, carefully sourced vegetables from Covent Garden Market, and then gently slow cooked. Their 'street food' meal-on-the-go range includes Free Range Moroccan Chicken Tagine and British Pulled Beef Chilli. 


That Hungry Chef - stand V92

The Hungry Chef will be launching two new additions to the range of aromatic Mojo Risin' chilli relishes. Introducing the rich and sticky Sweet Tomato & Chilli Relish for perking up burgers and cheeseboards - and the Mild Chilli & Herb Relish for everything from sandwiches to stir fries. 


Retrocorn - stand V5

Go retro with Retrocorn. They will be showcasing their handmade popcorn coated in traditional British sweets. All flavours are gluten free and suitable for vegans - in flavours reminiscent of childhood. Who can forget Rhubarb & Custard and Cola Cube?
